Course & Seminar Policies

Class size is limited and there are no refunds.  Cancellations receive credit towards a future seminar.  Credits from cancellations are valid up to 12 months from initial registration date.


Continuing Education Credit Reporting

We report CE's for all courses to the appropriate state boards/agencies within 24 hours.

By selecting Standard Shipping (4.95), your items will arrive usually within 1-2 weeks.

Merchandise Returns Policy

All of our items are inspected prior to their being shipped. However, in the unlikely event that you experience a problem, please let us know when you receive the item.

MP3 Players, walkmans, books and downloads are not refundable.  CDs are not refundable when opened. CDs may be returned within 7 days if unopened.
